1. To add a record to an existing database, click the '+' button.
2. Select a Category from the Category pull down list (click the down pointing arrow to the right of the Category box).
3. To edit the list of Categories, 'Double-Click' the Category box.
4. Enter the data in the field boxes alongside each field label.
5. Click the 'Tick' button to save the record, or the 'X' button to abandon adding the record.
To add images, 'hypertext links', download links, and Mail links to your database, please read the Help page on "Links".
NOTE: To maintain a consistent 'Box size' for your published pages, try and ensure that the data in each field is separated with spaces wherever possible, rather than one long piece of text. This will allow DataBox (and a browser) the option of 'wrapping' any text onto a second line to retain a consistent page width.
